Customers may select an option to order + pay + collect.

All collections need to be paid for in full via the online platform before a collection can be made/ arranged.

Collection can be kept for 7 days only, thereafter the customer will be contacted and a courier will be arranged at the customers expense.

Please note: Confirm that the order is ready for collection before collecting.

When collecting an order(s), please make sure that you provide the following information:

• Customer/Company Name
• Order/Reference Number

Any additional relevant information that will assist us to identify and despatch your order(s) as quickly as possible.
